  • Why do FAQs matter?
    FAQs are a great way to help site visitors find quick answers to common questions about your business and create a better navigation experience.
  • What is an FAQ section?
    An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about your business like "Where do you ship to?", "What are your opening hours?", or "How can I book a service?".
  • Where can I add my FAQs?
    FAQs can be added to any page on your site or to your Wix mobile app, giving access to members on the go.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • What security measures do you have in place, such as visitor monitoring and access control?
    For us, the community of love it is very important you child's safety. We have video cameras taking place in our sourindings, as well a door bell with video camara recording.
  • How do you handle emergency situations and what type of training do employees have?
    We have emergency drills frecuently. Also our employees follows a emergency plan that we all practice frecuently. We take food allergies very seriously in our center, that’s why we take care accordingly
  • Do you offer healthy food and snack options, and how do you cater for food allergies?
    Alt the center we offer healthy snacks, many times organic ingredients. We do not offer lunch. Students provide their own lunch.
  • What is the cost of child care and what is included in that cost?
    Monthly payment and additional materials. $100 processing fee $50 registration fee $150 Semester material fee One month tuition deposit Payments for these are not refundable.
  • How are children enrolled?
    -First we set up an appointmen when you call us. -Then you /or your partner will provided all the desired documents like: vaccines, information about the doctors, child pick up authorization, sign our form. When we process all the paperwork we call you and let you know when will be your child's first day of class.
  • Can I take a tour?
    Of course, just send us an email to mail@thecommunityoflove.com or call us at (805) 618-4280 to schedule a tour.
  • At what age do children attend?
    The Community of Love is licensed to accepts babies from 6 months throught 5 years old .
  • Do you provide extracurricular activities or special programs for the overall development of children?
    Yes we provide extracurricular activities, neighborhood walk ,museums, zoo.
  • How many days can a child attend?
    They can attend 2-5 days a week.We have half-day schedules with a schedule from 07:45 a.m.to 12:00 p.m. or full days from 07:50 a.m.to 5:10 p.m.
